Moni Digital application is a fintech product from "Omni Capital NBFI" LLC that offers online collateral-free loans to customers through a mobile application, providing fast credit decisions based on credit scoring.

"Omni Capital NBFI" LLC has obtained a non-banking service license under Decree No. 204 from the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia. The Moni Digital application offers the following services to customers in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia:

Privacy Policy:

We operate strictly in accordance with local Mongolian regulations and laws. Omni Capital NBFI respects its customers' privacy rights and is dedicated to safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of their private information. The company is fully committed to protecting customer data privacy. Moni Digital is currently only accessible within Mongolia.

Registration process on the app:

• Download Moni application
• Initiate the registration process
• Accept terms and conditions
• Complete required information (Phone number, National ID number)

Loan request:

After customers provide the necessary information, our AI credit scoring system utilizes this data in conjunction with credit history to determine the credit line. Following completion of the credit scoring process, both parties must finalize a Loan Agreement permitting the borrower to access a loan at any time up to their credit limit.

Loan details:

• Loan amount: 40,000 – 10,000,000 MNT
• Monthly rate: 3%
• Max APR: 36%
• Credit line period: Minimum repayment of 3 months up to a maximum of 24 months

Loan repayment:

Our system informs customers about loan repayment details through SMS, in-app notifications, push notifications, and telephone calls from our customer service team. Customers can repay loans at any time using the Moni application, local bank apps, or at local bank branches. Upon loan repayment, customers can request a new loan at any time within 365 days.

Example for a 90-day loan with a principal amount of 300,000 MNT:

• Loan amount: 300,000 MNT
• Loan term: 90 days
• APR: 36%
• Monthly payment: 106,059 MNT
• Interest paid: 5,999 MNT
• Total amount paid: 318,177 MNT
